Florence v Thorndale has been moved to Monday 3/5 I kind of figured that is what is happening with most of the games schedules for Tuesday.....is there some sort of TAKS testing going on? |

After that tough extra inning loss to Jarrell, this was a good bounce back for us. We continued to play solid defense and had a very good outing from our starter, SO Evan, going 7 and just giving up the 1 run. The offense is still a little behind where we would like it to be, but we made things happen in this game and got the win. The kid from Thorndale has some pretty good stuff as well. #4, which I believe is a SO, was able to mix his pitches well and did what he could to keep us off balance. I look forward to our bats breaking out over the next few district games.

I am not exactly sure what the score of the Thorndale/Academy game is at this point, but I know that Thorndale won in extra innings. I would like to say 7-6 or 8-7.
